Marapone is not a Bluebeam plugin
It does not install into Revu, it does not add a toolbar, and it does not write measurements back into your .bax files. If a plugin is specifically what you need, this is the wrong product and you should stop reading here.
What it is: a separate program that opens the same PDF drawing set and measures it itself. You keep Bluebeam for markup, revision compare and everything you already do in it. The measuring is what moves.
What changes on a tender
A 26-page architectural set goes in and comes back with the quantities read off the sheets — concrete, block, steel, finishes — plus the code checks and the conflicts between drawings. The recording on our homepage is one of those runs, unedited, so you can see how long it actually takes before you decide anything.
The estimator's job shifts from measuring to checking. That is a smaller change than replacing your PDF tool and a bigger one than it sounds — the measuring is the part that eats the evenings.
Where the numbers go next
Straight into the estimator, if you have it — quantities become a priced bid with the contingency justified line by line, without anyone retyping a figure. Or out as Excel and PDF, if your pricing already lives somewhere else.
To be clear about where the file goes: Marapone is a hosted service, so the set is uploaded to infrastructure we operate, and there is no configuration that keeps the reading on your own machines. What the upload does not do is put your drawings in front of anyone else. They are read by our own model on our own hardware, in a workspace only your account reaches, never handed to a third-party AI vendor and never used to train anything.
