Every plan runs the same engine on the same documents. What changes is how many of the eight programs it opens and how many people it opens them for. Start on Field, move up the week it stops being enough — upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at the end of the period, and nothing you have already run is lost either way. Pro and Firm can also add seats beyond their ceiling instead of jumping a whole tier for one more person.

A seat is a named person, so it is not a concurrent-session licence — sign in on the office desktop, a laptop and a phone on the same seat, browser and app at the same time, with unlimited use of everything the plan opens. The counts on Crew, Pro and Firm are ceilings: one person on Pro pays the same $499 and opens the same eight programs. Pro and Firm can add seats beyond their ceiling at checkout, or later from your billing portal — $59 CAD/seat/mo on Pro, $39 on Firm. Need more than that? Tell us how many and we will price it.

What you do not

  • The source code or the model weights. Marapone runs the engine; you subscribe to what it does.
  • An offline or air-gapped install. The programs need a connection, because the work happens on our infrastructure.
  • Access after you cancel. Your exports are yours forever; the programs close at the end of the period you paid for.
  • A promise that documents never leave your building — they come to us to be read. What we promise instead is who can see them, and for how long.

The eight programs cover the bid. Some firms need something else read — a warranty backlog, a fleet of daily logs, a bespoke submittal process, an integration with the ERP everything already lives in. That is project work, quoted as project work, and it sits alongside a plan instead of replacing one.

The data packs are the one thing here still sold outright — they are files, so they need no plan to open and do not stop working if you cancel one. Every plan includes the packs for whatever jurisdiction you name — Field and Pro on the same terms as Firm; buying a pack on its own is for people who want the reference library without the software.

Things people ask

Where do my blueprints actually go?

To us — that is the honest answer, and it changed when we moved the programs into the browser. Your files are processed on Marapone's own infrastructure, by our own open-weights model, in a workspace scoped to your account. No third-party AI vendor is in the path, nothing you upload trains any model, and you can delete a project and its derived data at any time. The full detail is in the security overview.

Do I need a GPU or an expensive machine?

No. That was the old model's requirement. The programs run on our hardware and arrive in a browser tab, so a five-year-old office laptop works exactly as well as a workstation. All you need is a connection.

What happens to my work if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export everything you have produced — takeoffs, estimates, levelled bids, reports — before that date or by asking us afterwards. What closes is the programs, not the record of what they produced.

Can I change plan mid-month?

Yes, from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, so you never lose access you have already paid for.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — seven days on Solo or fourteen on Field, free, and both are the real thing, never a sandbox: your own drawing sets, unlimited runs, nothing held back. Either needs an account and a card, because the trial is a subscription that has not started billing yet; Stripe holds the card and takes nothing until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then from your dashboard and you are charged nothing at all. If you stay, the 10% new-account discount comes off your first month, and you can cancel any time after that too, no long-term contract. One trial per account, so taking one trial rules out the other. You can also run the live demo on the Blueprint Auditor page without an account at all.

How does the 10% off the first month work?

Create an account, start a monthly plan, and 10% comes off that first payment at checkout — there is no code to hunt for. It is for new accounts that have never held a subscription, and it applies once; every month after that is the plain price. It is monthly billing only, because a yearly plan is already billed at ten months for twelve.

Do I need a second subscription for the phone?

No. One plan, one login, both apps at the same time — the programs in the browser and the MaraponeAI app on iOS and Android when it ships in Q4 2026, with unlimited use of everything your plan covers on either. Field opens two programs on both, Crew opens four; Pro and Firm open all eight on both. There is no mobile tier and no mobile surcharge.

Do you only work in Ontario?

No, and no plan is limited to it. Name the province, state or country you build in and the programs read that jurisdiction's rates, tax, holdback rules and code, on Field as much as on Firm. Where we are is not where the jobs are.

We bought software from you before. What now?

Get in touch. The one-time licences are no longer sold, and anyone who holds one should email general@marapone.com so we can move you across on terms that are fair to what you already paid.
