How the status is calculated

A status somebody can forget to update is a status you can't trust.

A sub's overall status — cleared, expiring soon, or blocked — is never a field someone ticks. It comes straight from whether any required document is expired or missing, computed off the dates themselves, so the dashboard is never one insurance renewal behind what is actually true.

Which plan opens TradeVet?

Pro and Firm. Pro is $499 a month for all eight programs and up to five seats; Firm is $1,199 for up to twenty. There is nothing extra to buy — TradeVet is already in the dashboard on either. The five plans.

Is there a free trial?

The free trials are on Solo (seven days) and Field (fourteen), and neither plan opens TradeVet. To see it on your own job before you subscribe, ask us and we will walk you through it.

How is a sub’s status decided?

Never by someone ticking a box. Cleared, expiring soon or blocked comes straight from whether any required document — General Liability, Auto Liability, WSIB / Workers Comp, business licence, W9, bonding — is expired or missing, computed off the expiry dates themselves.

Where does my data go, and can I take it with me?

It lives in a workspace scoped to your account, on Marapone’s own infrastructure, and nothing you put in trains any model. Cancel from your dashboard with no notice period; you keep access to the end of what you paid for, and your work exports to PDF, Excel and CSV.
