This page is not a dashboard of green dots. It is the list of services behind the eight programs and a dated log of the incidents that reached customers, with what changed afterwards. If something is wrong right now, tell us — a small team answers faster than a status widget updates.

Every engine runs on infrastructure we operate and refuses any request without a valid session token, which is why hitting one of these URLs directly returns a 401 rather than a page. Data residency for a specific account is set with you — see Data & retention.
Everything below actually happened and is in the commit history. A vendor with no incidents is a vendor that is not telling you about them.

A slow project load could finish after you had already navigated somewhere else and pull you back. Every tab was affected. Three separate faults, all hidden by test doubles that behaved better than production. Fixed and covered by tests that use the real signal object.

Vercel served its own older build of five program front ends ahead of the app host, so engine fixes were not reaching browsers. Users saw a build up to six days old. Both repositories are now synced on every release, and the release check fails if they diverge.

A Content-Security-Policy rule blocked data: fonts, which the levelling grid uses for its icons. Cells were readable throughout; the icons were blank. Policy corrected.

A comment key left in vercel.json failed schema validation and the deploy did not go out. No running service was affected. Caught within the hour.

Responses from the /programs/* rewrite were being cached, so a freshly deployed program could still serve an older asset. Caching disabled on that route.

Queued markup pins from one project could appear on another after a fast switch. Fixed, along with an inaccurate CAD page count on the same screen.
There is no support tier to buy. Every plan reaches the people who wrote the code, and a fix that matters ships the same week.
