Your job is to know before the owner does.
You are not building it. You are answerable for whether what was promised is what is happening, and the evidence for that is spread across minutes, RFI logs, email threads and a change-order register that nobody reconciles until there is an argument. Everything below is something you can check rather than something we assert.
Six things you can verify yourself
A change order has a record behind it, or it does not
Every change order in the register records its backup — full, partial or none — with its status and value, and the risk view scores each one on them. A claim with nothing behind it scores high, and that is a much easier conversation before approval than after.
Every finding names its source document and page
Open any one of them and you get the sheet, the clause and the page it came from. Nothing is summarised into a conclusion you have to take on trust, because a finding you cannot trace is a finding you cannot use in a meeting.
The documents are copied into the project, not linked
A citation to page four is worth nothing once that PDF has moved off somebody’s desktop. Every imported file is kept with the project, so a finding raised two years ago still resolves.
The schedule claim is arithmetic you can re-run
FloatGuard runs a real CPM solve — early and late dates, total float, broken logic, and produces a time-impact writeup per delay event. An extension request either survives that or it does not.
Compliance status is derived, not typed
TradeVet computes cleared, expiring and blocked from each subcontractor’s own document expiry dates. A status somebody can forget to update is a status you cannot rely on in front of an owner.
The model is not deciding any of it
Findings come from a deterministic engine. The model explains and drafts around them and has no vote on what was found, which is why you can put a finding in a report with your name on it. See the architecture for how that separation is enforced.
Where this is the wrong tool
This is a screening pass, not a substitute for the project team. It reads documents; it does not visit site, and it will not tell you that the concrete that went in on Tuesday was not the mix on the ticket.
An audit is a second set of eyes, not a stamp. Nothing here signs off on compliance, and a clean run means nothing obvious was found in what it could read, which is why it reports what it could not read alongside what it did.
And if your obligation is that project documents never leave the owner’s own infrastructure, a standard plan cannot meet it. Marapone is a hosted service; your documents are uploaded to infrastructure we operate. We would rather you heard that here than discovered it during a security review.

Which plan covers the change register?
Field. The change register, RFI log, minutes and daily logs are screens inside Blueprint Auditor, which opens on Field at $149 — and Field has a fourteen-day free trial. FloatGuard and TradeVet open on Pro ($499).
Can the documents stay on the owner’s own infrastructure?
Not on a standard plan. Marapone is hosted: documents are uploaded to infrastructure we operate. Deployment into your own cloud tenant is enterprise work, priced as a project.
Does a clean run mean the project is compliant?
No. A clean run means nothing obvious was found in what it could read, and the audit reports what it could not read alongside what it did. Nothing here signs off on compliance.
