How much of the job do you want covered?

Every plan runs the same engine on the same documents. What changes is how many of the eight programs it opens and how many people it opens them for. Start where the work is today, move up the week it stops being enough — upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at the end of the period, and nothing you have already run is lost either way.

Seat counts are ceilings, not requirements. Crew is up to three people, Pro up to five and Firm up to twenty, and every one of them is exactly the same plan if one person uses it. A one-man firm gets everything Pro opens; it simply never fills the other four seats. Pro and Firm can also add seats beyond their ceiling — $59 CAD/seat/mo on Pro, $39 on Firm — instead of jumping a whole tier for one more person.

A seat is a named person, so it is not a concurrent-session licence — sign in on the office desktop, a laptop and a phone on the same seat, browser and app at the same time, with unlimited use of everything the plan opens. The counts on Crew, Pro and Firm are ceilings: one person on Pro pays the same $499 and opens the same eight programs. Things people ask

Where do my documents go?

To Marapone — the programs run on our infrastructure, so we have to receive a file to read it. It lands in a workspace scoped to your account, is read by our own open-weights model, is never pooled with another customer's, and is never used to train anything. No third-party AI vendor is in the path. Full detail in the security overview.

What do I need to run it?

A browser. No GPU, no server, no installer, no admin rights. The heavy reading happens on our hardware.

Do I pay again for the mobile app?

No. A plan is one subscription and it opens both — the programs in the browser and the MaraponeAI app on a phone (iOS and Android, from Q4 2026), at the same time, on the same login, with unlimited use of everything the plan covers. Solo opens one program on both, Field opens two, Crew opens four, Pro and Firm open all eight. There is no separate mobile tier.

I am a one-man firm. Do I have to buy five seats on Pro?

No, and this is the question we get most. Pro is up to five seats and Firm is up to twenty. They are the most people who can sign in. One person on Pro pays $499 and opens all eight live programs; the other four seats simply sit unused until there is somebody to put in them. Nothing about the plan is smaller for being used by one. Grow past five and you do not have to jump to Firm either — add seats to Pro at $59/seat/mo instead.

What is the difference between Solo and Field?

One program. Solo is the AI Estimator on its own, at $69 — quantities in, priced bid out — for the estimator who is already measuring somewhere else and does not want to change that. Field adds Blueprint Auditor at $149, so the measuring happens here too and feeds the estimate with nothing retyped. If you are measuring by hand or in Bluebeam today, start on Solo; if you want the takeoff automated as well, Field is the one with the fourteen-day trial. Once a second or third person needs a login, Crew adds SpecChecker and ScopeGuard for $299.

Do I get the data packs with a plan?

Two different things, so worth separating. Every plan reads your jurisdiction's rates, tax, holdback and code rules inside the programs — that is included everywhere and always was. Owning the data packs as files, to open in your own spreadsheets, is a separate purchase — except on a yearly Firm subscription, which includes all five, downloadable from your dashboard the day you subscribe. Those files stay yours permanently: if you never resubscribe, they are still on your disk and still licensed to you. A pack is a set of files, so there is nothing on our side to switch off.

Can I have my data deleted?

Yes, whenever you like, without asking us. Your dashboard has two buttons: erase every document, project and result we hold — keeping your account and plan, or close the account outright, which cancels the subscription and deletes the profile, the billing record and the login itself. Both run in seconds, with no queue, and you get a confirmation email listing exactly what went. The only thing we keep is the invoice for anything you paid for, in Stripe, because a seller is required to keep records of what it sold.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — seven days on Solo or fourteen on Field, free, and both are the real thing and no kind of sandbox: your own drawing sets, unlimited runs, nothing held back. Either needs an account and a card, because the trial is a subscription that has not started billing yet; Stripe holds the card and takes nothing until the trial ends. Cancel before then from your dashboard and you are charged nothing at all. If you stay, the 10% new-account discount comes off your first month, and you can cancel any time after that too, no long-term contract. One trial per account, so taking one trial rules out the other.

How does the 10% off the first month work?

Create an account, start a monthly plan, and 10% comes off that first payment at checkout, no code to find. It is for new accounts that have never held a subscription, and it applies once; every month after that is the plain price. If you came to it from a free trial you still get it. It applies to monthly billing only, because yearly is already billed at ten months for twelve.

Do you only work in Ontario?

No. Nothing on a plan is tied to Ontario or Toronto. Name the province, state or country you build in and the programs read that jurisdiction's rates, tax, holdback rules and code — on every plan, Field included. Where we are is not where the work is.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access to the end of the period you paid for, and you can export everything you produced. The programs close; the record of what they produced is yours.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, from your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

Do you still sell software outright?

No. Marapone runs the engine and you subscribe to what it does. The data packs are the exception — those are files, bought once.
