1. Upload both
The specification and the drawing set. Both are contract documents, and the disagreement between them is the thing being looked for.
2. Read the conflicts
Each one states what the spec says, what the drawing says, and where each was said, with both references clickable.
3. Send the RFI
A drafted RFI per conflict, in your words, ready to edit and send rather than retype.
What it will not do
- It compares measurable properties. Intent, quality and workmanship are not measurable and are not compared.
- A conflict is reported, never resolved. Which document governs is a contractual question.
- A specification with no readable text is a scan, and it says so.
